Letter from the Polish Scrabble Federation

Dear Sirs, On behalf of the Polish Scrabble Federation I want to congratulate the Malaysian Scrabble movement on the election of Kuala Lumpur as the venue of WSC'03. We are pleased to know that the top Scrabble event will be hosted by a country and region that have not had this possibility before. We would like very much to see a representative of Poland among participants of the event. As the cost of a journey from Poland to Kuala Lumpur is high, we would like to ask if you could possibly cover accomodation costs for the Polish player. A tourist class hotel would be OK or maybe there is a Malaysian player who would like to accept a guest during WSC. In return we would cover similar standard accomodation for a Malaysian player during Polish Championship 2004, which will be held in Poznañ in April 2004. Please, let us know as soon as possible, what you think about this kind of barter.
